Home delivery

Belupa.com ships throughout Europe, including the islands, directly to your home. The package is completely anonymous and not even the courier is aware of the contents. The outer box has no writing and there is not even the sender's name on the label. You can also indicate an address other than that of your home (work place, home of friends or relatives), the important thing is to provide an address where someone is present to collect the package.

Shipments in 24-48 hours (Italy) – 48-96 hours (Europe)

All orders received before 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. If your order was paid by credit card or PayPal, the order will begin immediately. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer or postal order, your order will be processed once payment is received. Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered to you within 24/96 hours depending on your location.

Courier deliveries

The courier delivers packages from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., depending on the delivery area (you can learn more about the delivery time by following the tracking you receive after the purchase).

Package tampered with or badly reduced

Once you receive the package, should it be tampered with or mishandled, we advise you to collect it in any case but to accept the package with reserve (you will have to communicate this to the courier driver!). As soon as you have collected the package, you will then have to send an email to "[email protected]" indicating your name and order data. Alternatively you can contact us by phone on 02 82 86 0152.

Warning: if you do not notify the courier of the signature with reservations, we will consider the package duly delivered.
